- Stay upright for at least 2 hours after eating. Do not eat well before bed.
- Eat small meals regularly.
- Do not eat large and fried, spicy, or acidic foods. These foods can cause heartburn.
- Avoid caffeine.
- Drink more fluids between your meals than your food.
